Founded in 2008, Clear Path Executive Coaching is a boutique, New York-based firm specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, team building and career management and transition for private sector companies, non-profit organizations and individuals.
We recognize that no two engagements are the same. That’s why we custom design programs to fit each client’s specific needs, be it 1:1 coaching for professional development, career management or career transition, or group facilitation for teambuilding, management training or skills development.
We work with professionals at all levels, from high-potential, young talent and emerging leaders to C-suite executives and founders, because we believe that emotionally intelligent and effective leadership can be developed at any professional stage. Each of us has over 20 years’ experience as accomplished leaders in the profit or non-profit worlds and is certified as a Professional Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF). We combine business acumen with a deep understanding of interpersonal and organizational dynamics and have extensive training in a variety of practice areas, assessment tools and coaching techniques.
